Why cash-based care?
ReCore is dedicated to providing the highest level of personalized care which means:
1) No insurance restrictions or denials
2) No need for physician referral
3) Personalized care and faster results
4) Predictable, transparent costs

If that's not convincing enough consider this; many clients spend less time and money overall because they reach their goals faster.
How long are sessions and how many will I need?
Each session is 30 or 60 minutes, of one-on-one care. The number of visits, frequency, and length will be determined after your evaluation, depending on your goals and how your body responds to treatment. Most clients notice improvements in the first few sessions!
Can pelvic floor therapy really help me even if I've had symptoms for years?
Yes! It's never too late to start healing. Whether you've dealt with leakage, pain, or core weakness pelvic floor therapy will improve strength, coordination, function, and confidence. (Trust me, I know from experience!) We'll work together to restore your strength and quality of life.
Do you do at home/mobile sessions?
At-home/mobile visits are determined on a case-by-case basis, when appropriate, and mutually beneficial for client and therapist. The additional fee for travel is $30/session.
Do I need a referral from my doctor?
In Arizona, physical therapists can be seen directly without a physician referral. If post-partum, it is recommended to wait at least 6 weeks to allow for healing prior to initiating PT. If needed, I can coordinate with your doctor, midwife, or doula to ensure seamless care.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in and comfortable, like leggings, short, or yoga pants with a loose top. Since pelvic and core therapy often involves movement and posture assessment, clothing that allows me to see how you move is best.
If we'll be doing pelvic floor treatment, you'll be draped for privacy and comfort, and I'll explain every step before we begin. Your comfort and dignity are my top priotity.
Do you do virtual sessions?
Virtual visits are offered to all clients (after completing the initial in-person evaluation only) for your convenience.
What can I expect at my first session?
Your first visit will include a comprehensive evaluation where we discuss your health history, concerns, and goals. I'll examine your posture, strength, and mobility to create a treatment plan personalized to your body. You'll also receive education and a home exercise program to begin right away!
Are my children allowed to come?
Of course! Babies and children are welcome to come to your appointment. You may step out at any time for feeding or to attend to their needs.
