Refund Policy
At ReCore Physical Therapy, our goal is to provide personalized, high-quality care to help you reach your health and wellness goals. We value your time and commitment, and we strive to make our policies clear and fair.

Session Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

Packages or pre-paid sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee (typically equal to 50–100% of the session fee).

No-shows will be charged the full session amount.
Refunds

No refunds are provided for completed sessions.

Refunds may be issued for unused prepaid sessions only in special circumstances, such as injury, relocation, or medical necessity, at the discretion of ReCore Physical Therapy.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method, minus any used sessions and applicable fees.
