Refund Policy

At ReCore Physical Therapy, our goal is to provide personalized, high-quality care to help you reach your health and wellness goals. We value your time and commitment, and we strive to make our policies clear and fair.

Session Payments

​

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • Packages or pre-paid sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

  • We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee (typically equal to 50–100% of the session fee).

  • No-shows will be charged the full session amount.

 

Refunds

 

  • No refunds are provided for completed sessions.

  • Refunds may be issued for unused prepaid sessions only in special circumstances, such as injury, relocation, or medical necessity, at the discretion of ReCore Physical Therapy.

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method, minus any used sessions and applicable fees.
